I'm in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania today to deliver the keynote speech at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners annual iX Change conference. The theme of this year's event is "Leading in an Era of Exponential Growth."
In honor of Ben Franklin — and because I believe unlearning will be a critical skill is this era of exponential growth — I wanted to share this quotation from Franklin:
"Declarations of a fixed opinion, and of determined resolution never to change, neither enlighten nor convince us."
