Last month, my family and I hiked the Inca Trail and visited Machu Picchu. I snapped this photo for unknown reasons on the second day of the trek. Upon reviewing my photos weeks later, it took my breath away.
I never consciously saw the light beam and I certainly did not–either consciously or unconsciously–see the tiny blue dot. Both were “revealed” only later–upon returning home.
Make of it what you will, but a “truth” was revealed for me.
