I agree with his analysis.

I also agree with the statistics outlined in this article, Apple to Give Lesson on Textbooks: By 2020 digital textbooks and learning content will represent more than 50% of the overall textbook market.

The question you need to ask yourself, especially if you’re an educator, is this: How do I take advantage of the richness and depth of digital textbooks to enhance the individualized learning experience of each and every student?

If you don’t know the answer my suggestion is to begin experimenting and taking some risks with immersive and interactive digital book. You are only going to improve by immersing yourself in the new media.
